Black Yak Adventure began in 2021, from a simple dream shared by a father and son. We have always loved being outdoors. Camping under open skies, driving beyond the end of the paved road, waking up beside a river, exploring mountains, cooking around a campfire, and discovering places far from the crowds. We remember quiet mornings by the water, with Dad casting his line while I was waiting beside him, full of excitement and anticipation, hoping to catch the first fish of the day.

Over the years, those moments became more than just weekends away. They became a way of life — and eventually, an idea. What if we could create the kind of adventures that we ourselves would want to experience? So we built Black Yak Adventure around the things we love. Every journey is carefully planned, every route thoughtfully chosen, and every detail considered — from the vehicles and camping equipment to the places we stay, the activities we offer, and the small moments that make an expedition memorable.

We don't want to simply take people sightseeing. We want to take them somewhere they can feel. Somewhere the road disappears. Somewhere the landscape takes over. Somewhere a campfire becomes the center of the evening. Somewhere you wake up and realize there is nothing around you but mountains, rivers, steppe, and eternal blue sky. Mongolia gives us the perfect place to share that feeling.
